  I brought in a bunch of Xmas present to be packed and shipped internationally (canada) just after thanksgiving. The older man working immediately expressed irritation numerous times about how much work was involved, was very rude and short with me, even though I was extremely polite and even tried to lighten his mood by making a joke or 2. He snapped at me when I corrected his spelling of the address, and ended up measuring my presents in a pile, and just set them aside, seemingly too overwhelmed to pack them right away. I was not at all confident that my packages would arrive considering he seemed inept and angry, and I couldn't imagine how he would cope once the busy season started. I have sent packages internationally many times a year for 10 years, and his was by far my worst experience! I will NEVER go back there - 1 star because my package actually arrived.

  My grandmother sent me a package for Christmas. UPS said it was delivered, but it never was. I spent 2 months going back and forth between UPS and this store, where the package was sent from. UPS and the store would not reimburst us a penny for the gift, shipment, NOTHING. No one ever called us back or kept us updated like they were suppossed to, and it got nowhere anyway. Take this advice - ship FED EX!!
